TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All registrations must be submitted online.
• No registration is valid without payment.
• Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.
• Final confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after the payment will be effected.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
45 days before the event, no cancellation fee.
Between 44 and 30 days before the event, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 29 and 0 days before the event, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to MeetME.

Refunds will be made after the congress, within 30 days, deducted for an administrative fee of € 30,00.
Registration is valid only on behalf of congress participant. Name change is possible with written notification only. All name changes made between 30-0 days before the congress wil be chargable by the fee of € 15,00 per each name.
